We offer handwriting tutoring and parent consultations, both tailored to your child’s needs. All sessions use evidence-based strategies and the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum.

After completing the intake form, we’ll reach out to book your child’s first session. You’re also welcome to contact us directly to get started.
Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice may be rescheduled. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the session rate.

Payment is collected securely through Ivy Pay, a HIPAA-compliant platform designed specifically for therapists. After your first session, you'll receive a text message with a secure link to enter your preferred payment method.
Ivy Pay can charge your debit, credit, HSA, or FSA card, and your card will be billed automatically after each session.
There’s no app to download—just a simple, secure process to keep things easy and private.
Fine Motor Foundations is a private pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, we gladly accept HSA/FSA cards and ESA+ funds.
Upon request, a superbill (detailed receipt) can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your provider to confirm your coverage.
